A Slap in the Face of Public Taste.... .....a zine in the making. On this here page we`ll try and feature some amazing bands currently(or in the past) cutting up the underground, from various scenes around the world. This section will hopefully bring you closer to some of the more exciting and criminally under-rated and overlooked bands in the D.I.Y. community. I will try and have more pictures, MP3`s for you to listen to and links to resources where you can find out more about the bands in question - hell maybe some interviews too! Loa Loa

In 2002 their second album, All Fabulous things turn out to happen, was released on their own Free Dimension Records. Its a more mature affair, with expert musicmanship - definately a progressive leap in the bands career. But my heart stays with Timestorm....On the live front, they look to be keeping a low profile.I think the members are currently more focused on the record label and D.I.Y. collective, Free Dimension. Please download a track and check out more information on Free Dimension, Minority Records & Waawe while you listen. MP3: Sunset City from Timestorm is the Signal Resources: Minority Records Website, Free Dimension Records Seven Days of SamsaraMilwaukee, U.S.A. is HQ for this hardcore unit. They have a list of records released throughout the years, split 7"`s with the likes of Destroyer, Cobrai Kai, Akarso...and a split lp with Since By Man - as well as a Discography on Harmless Records(check Distro) and a new full lenght L.P. due in 2005! The band are more focused these days on the other bands they`re involved with, namely High On Crime, which features 2 members of Kylesa.High on Crime are a must to check out.Like a more Scandi-core version of Seven Days of Samsara - its pretty damn heavy!Check out their site for MP3`s. For the total lowdown on what the band are about have a read of the Interview below i did with them last March. The interview is a scan from the zine itself, so get your reading glasses out!
